Since 2015, WIP has crafted the Gourmandise pastries concept into a hallmark of culinary excellence.
By 2019 and 2020, this vision materialized with the opening of two iconic restaurants in Tunis.
The first restaurant, set in a modern villa inspired by the enchanting gardens of Madame Kamoun, is more than a dining venue; it serves as a vibrant event space and a hub for culinary education. It offers a dynamic blend of elegance and functionality, reflecting WIP’s commitment to a holistic dining experience.
The second location, nestled in the picturesque village of Sidi Bou Saïd, epitomizes Mediterranean hospitality and architectural grace. Here, the sophisticated design merges natural beauty with refined aesthetics. Multifunctional shutters seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor areas, serving as both partitions and display elements. The soft lighting, golden accents, Tunisian blue, and warm beige tones celebrate local culture, while lush plants add a touch of vitality.
Together, these two venues embody a seamless integration of tradition and modernity, promising an unforgettable and refined gastronomic journey that engages all the senses.
